On 30 November-01 December 2024 Associate Professor and Director of the Australian Centre for Federalism, Dr. Tracy Beck Fenwick addressed the Commonwealth Solicitor General, the Chief Justice and members of the High Court of Australia, along with distinguished Justices of the States and the Federal Court on the implications of a recent High Court decision (Vanderstock & Anor vs. State of Victoria [2023] HCA 30) for Commonwealth-State fiscal relations at the Third Symposium to Honour Professor Leslie Zines, AO, Issues in Australian Constitutional Law at the ANU’s College of Law.
